The items are dispatched from our warehouse in Charlestown, Dublin & the delivery is conducted by An Post delivery service. We will provide you with a tracking number when it is available to us.

 A major person (18+) is required to collect the delivery from an An Post delivery executive, if the delivery is not possible, the executive will leave a note to let the customer know so that they can collect the parcel at nearest An Post office.

Terms of delivery:

1. The recipient i.e the customer is responsible for the prices incurring in the return process.

2. The item must be with its correct packaging and there should be no damage to the product whatsoever.

3. The product is expected to be in the new condition as it was for the purpose of re selling.

4. Our product team will check the product after it is returned and once it is clear, the refund will be initiated.

5. Rugs are ineligible for the returns policy.

6. The return must be requested within 72 hours of time after delivered.

7. Purchases under €15 will be charged €9.99
