In order to make a return request, the customer must file a request within 10 days of purchase.

The return request form is subject to online orders only and should be complete by either filling up the form on this page or send us an email to info@giftemporium.ie with their order number and reason mentioned.

The items which are returned back from customer's side should be in the exact same condition they were in with their proper packaging and everything that was a part of the product package as a whole.

The returned items must be sent back at customer's cost.

Report to us within 2 days if the received product is damaged.

When returning the product, it should be in a full packaging it arrived in and should be in a re-saleable condition

Allow up to 4 to 5 business days for the refunds to be processed.
