Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at www.giftemporium.ie. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • In order to make a return request, the customer must file a request within 10 days of purchase.​

  • The return request form is subject to online orders only and should be complete by either filling up the form on this page or send us an email to info@giftemporium.ie with their order number and reason mentioned.

  • This will help us to take action smoothly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • The items which are returned back from customer's side should be in the exact same condition they were in with their proper packaging and everything that was a part of the product package as a whole.

  • The returned items must be sent back at customer's cost. 

  • Report to us within 2 days if the received product is damaged.

  • When returning the product, it should be in a full packaging it arrived in and should be in a re-saleable condition

  • Allow up to 4 to 5 business days for the refunds to be processed.
